Dr. Armand Guy Virtuoso

My husband and I thought that we would place my UNLV records with Dr. Virtuoso, and we have thought of having extensive work done -- to include implants; due to the thought that UNLV is without the ability to perform implant work. However, after we visited Dr. Virtuoso's office, the receptionist scheduled our appointment, and we planned to meet with the dentist, soon. However, the dentist, Dr. Virtuoso, required my records from UNLV, which had failed to arrive on time with regards to my appointment with him. Therefore, I phoned his office and requested a postponement of our old appointment, and I stated, in multiple voice mails, that I would like to schedule an additional appointment, in advance, of my record arrival from UNLV. In the meantime, Dr. Virtuoso, regularly, sent me alerts that I owed him $50.00 for cancelling my appointment -- after I had "postponed" my appointment, three days before my only appointment with him had been scheduled. In any case, it seemed that I… was willing to place my chagrin aside and schedule my appointment with the dentist, yet again, especially due to the thought that my records had, finally, arrived. When I phoned a different receptionist answered, and she, dutifully, and rather, abruptly, stated that I would have to pay the office $50.00, with regards to "a second opinion" and that if I decided to have the work done by Dr. Virtuoso, then the $50 would be applied to his bill. Some business people seem to cut-off their noses to spite their faces, nowadays. Too sad. He was only blocks away from us.

This dentist was a very good listener, patient, and gentle. They have state of the art equipment and the staff is very friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and was very fair with his pricing. You won't go wrong if you choose Dr. Virtuoso. I highly recommend him!
