Dr. Armando S Villarreal, MD

Dr. Villarreal and his staff were incredible with my mom. He directed his conversation direclty to her, instead of me, and answered all of her questions. The amount of time he spent with her/us was over the top.

I have gone to Dr. Villarreal for 3 years. In 2014 I wasn't sick. So I did not see him. I called in for an appointment and I got the run around that they couldn't see me this week and told me to go to ER that they would run test. I went to the ER and now I need a follow up with my family Doctor and I call and after holding for 15 minuets, I hung up and called back. Then I was told they are not excepting new patients. I told them my husband, son and I have used them for years. Then I was told they didn't see me in 2014. I said I wasn't sick. So she then told me I was considered a new patient and they were not excepting new patients. Wow, my whole family goes there. But because I wasn't sick last year they will not see me. That isn't right, you have to be sick at least once a year to keep a family doctor?

Worst doctor and rudest staff ever. Don't ever catch yourself in the hospital and being seen by this doctor. You may never make it out.

He is a great doctor. He took a lot of time with me and showed me pictures of things wrong with me and explained them to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone. My son and his family goes to him and feels the same way.

Dr. Villareal is actually a good doctor. However, his staff representatives are always in a bad mood. They didn't want to give me a appointment with him, after having a poor appointment with his PA. Also, they charged my insurance after charging me. They didn't even let me know and it took about 3 months to get a check. Most horrible service ever. Only if the doctor knew about his staff.

My husband was referred to this doctor for a minor problem. I called to get an appointment and had to be called back due to "checking out" our insurance. I waited hours to be called back and ended up having to call them back twice. FINALLY we get an appointment and the wait in the office was ridiculous! The office staff was very rude, almost making you feel ike they had "better" things to do than be there. Chatting on the phone with personal calls and just plain being unproffesional!! The doctor however was kind and efficent but just because of the staff I would never go back or refer him to anyone!!!

my family has seen him for a number of years and really liked him until his wife and daughter took over his office. They are very rude !!
