I would put no star if I could. I had the worst experience ever with this individual. He came to the office, didn't say hello, good morning, didn't introduce himself. He was with another woman (I have no idea who she was). He didn't ask me permission for her to be in the office. He started asking me questions without looking at me, he was facing a wall, and taking notes on a counter next to a sink. I responded to his first 2 questions, hoping that he would turn around, and look at my face, but he continued asking questions facing the wall. I told him, I would be more than happy to respond to you if you look at me. After my comment he became verbally aggressive. He asked me to leave his office. He told the lady in English that I disrespected him. He said you can see another doctor. You need to leave now. I said I won't leave now. You need to treat your patients professionally. He escalated more and more the argument and said you are the first person complaining. We are going to speak in… English, no more Spanish here. He was completely out of control. This individual needs to learn how to respect his clients. It's too bad that we clients go through this kind of unfair and unprofessional situations, some doctors think they can disrespect clients.

Tells you truth without being brutal. He has an excellent beside manner and takes time to answer your questions. Second opinions have always backed his direction and decisions. He is aggressive without being reckless.
