Never on time. Staff is complete unorganized. Bad bedside manner. Makes you wait over an hr past your appointment time before getting called back and then rushes while in the room with you.

We are blessed to live in a city where there’s various doctors around. But it is hard to find a forward thinking doctor that really listens to you, talks to you, Remembers YOU! She cares! She listens! She saved my husband by doing a simple test. He had prostate cancer. His previous doctor didn’t check for it. She saved his life. He just celebrated a new grandson into our family! And that is just how she helped him! I admire and respect her so much! She is my doctor too!

I have been a patients of Dr. Jemmy for approximately 4-5 years. Apart from migraines and hypertension, I been fairly healthy. Unfortunately, I recently developed chronic diarrhea, and Dr. Jemmy recommended Imodium. I tried Imodium without benefit. In addition to having diarrhea 3-5 times daily, I had swelling in my lower extremities. As the diarrhea continued, I became weak, dizzy and depressed. I tried to replace fluids orally, but was unable to. Dr. Jemmy would only order lab draws, for my symptoms. She refused to do any work up, consults, or follow ups. I asked if she would possibly consider administering IV fluids, and she said NO!! She assured me that I wasn’t dehydrated because “my kidneys” were fine. She appeared to be very frustrated and annoyed with me. She informed me that I was asking her to work outside of her scope of practice. Needless to say, I went to another doctor the next day. He told me what to eliminate out of my diet to stop the diarrhea. I followed his… instructions and the diarrhea stopped. He’s also doing work up test for celiac, IBS, etc. In addition to a dietician consult. In addition to the new PCP instructions, I drank 2 gallons of water, and the swelling in my legs have decreased considerably. If you value your health and your life, I suggest you find another physician.

I was seeking a new physician and specifically went to establish care or have an annual physical, since my insurance covers 1 physical per year. Instead, I was upcoded to complex and ended up having to pay over $250. The Rx ($74) was not covered by my insurance since there's an OTC equivalent ($10), and using it only worsened my condition. I emailed 4 weeks later with details to see if a follow up appointment is necessary, and there's been no reply after nearly 2 weeks. Inattentive practice only responds to phone calls, and is not available during lunch hour or after 5PM to take phone calls, which is the only free time I have. Will not see again, still seeking new physician who knows how to work email. Dr Jemmy is friendly enough upon introduction, but she does not follow up.

What I like about Dr. Jemmy, she is concerned about your health. She follow through on your treatment plan. Best doctor I ever had.
