great doctor, compassionate, thorough; great office experience

I was a patient of Dr Surucci for more than 15 years and was very satisfied with his care. I lost my job after working for the company for 25 years due to the company outsourcing my job, I also lost my health insurance so I ended up on Medicaid until I could find another job. I made an appointment with Dr Surucci for my regular check up. The girl at the front desk explained that Dr Surucci doesn't take Medicaid patients so I gave her my credit card so that I could have one last visit with Dr Surucci, probably not a good idea since my unemployment checks were not very much. Dr Surucci told me he would only accept Medicaid if I also had Medicare, but I wasn't old enough to qualify for Medicare. I was already depressed after losing my job after 25 years, but I was even more depressed when I found out I was only a dollar sign to Dr Surucci, I went to my car and cried for about 15 minuets before driving home.

Very happy with the care, communication and appointment process.

Dr. Surucci is a very knowledgeable person and is very thorough. He is very easy going, which makes me comfortable talking to him about my health. He cares about each patient and helping them address their health issues and finding solutions that works best.
