She is rude and unprofessional do not take you’re baby to her!! You will regret it

Does anyone know where Dr. Cullen went?

Dr. Cullens, normally is a good doctor and she does come off rude, but I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and credited it to her culture. However, today, when I questioned her on some concerns of my child, she became very upset and questioned my parenting skills again. I typically take the â??lashing.â?? However, today I pushed back, I know I am a good parent and didn't deserve to be talked down to, and Dr. Cullens hung up the phone on me. A few mins later I received a voice message from her husband to find another doctor. Which was ironic to me because I have been trying to get a hold of Dr. Cullens all week, but when Dr. Cullens had her little temper tantrum, I received a call back immediately. How so unprofessional who hangs up on a patient when they have concerns about their child. After the death of Dr. Cullens mother her business skills or lack of has declined, she should retire and do some soul searching everyone cannot have the same opinion and be wrong?

This outfit has very poor professionalism. They will hound you for money and threaten you with attorneys.

My 3 year old daughter has been with Dr. Cullens since birth. Dr. Cullens offered good advice over the years, but the staff has always bothered me. We put up with the staff as we felt sage medical advice was more important than friendly staff. We were very wrong. We moved away from Kansas City a few months ago, first for a few months in Dallas, Texas then to London, UK. We requested medical records from 4 doctors between the various family members. We paid all fees, filled out change of address forms, and signed records requests with each of them. We should have known something was wrong when Dr. Cullens office required double the fee of the other providers. A few weeks later we had received all records from 3 of the doctors, but the records from Dr. Cullens were still missing. We are now over two months past the initial request. After countless calls, begging, pleading, and doing everything we could to try and get theses records we have been told that we must now… resubmit the request and fees with nothing more than cruel words, lies that they had not received forms that other office staff had already confirmed countless times, and no hope that they will ever remedy the situation regardless of what hoops we are willing to jump through. Our daughter is due her 3 year shots, and we have no idea what she has had to date. We will have no record of her immunizations or medical history up until the age of 3. We also have no idea what ramifications this will have in a foreign country. If you are like me and your child is the most important thing in your world, avoid this place. Ultimately, we were lucky. With the complete disregard for humanity that this office has repeatedly demonstrated over the past few months I am horrified to think that we were probably the lucky ones.

First let me say that if we weren't moving in two months, I would be finding another pediatrician for my 2 month old immediately. But I can survive one more visit. I've been to this office 4 times in the past 2 months. Each time I make an appointment, arrive 10 minutes early, then it is no less than an hour before I see the doctor. I leave work to come to these appointments, please do not waste an hour of my time! If she doesn't have time to see me at 9, when my appointment is, then make my appointment for 10, when she'll actually be seeing me! If you want to feel like your doctor is listening to you, then Dr. Cullens is not for you. If you'd like to repeat yourself multiple times, and still feel like you're not being understood, then she's the one! She will ask you a question, and you'll answer. Then she'll just ask it again because she wasn't listening to you the first time. Also, be prepared to be made to feel guilty if you have your baby in daycare.

The doctor is overbooked, always late, spends very little time examining patients. The rooms and restrooms are dirty. The office staff and office manager consistently try to charge co-pays for well-check up visits and vaccinations that are 100% covered by insurance. The office manager yells and cusses at patients and is a violent man. STAY AWAY!!!

My Husband and I needed to find a doctor for our daughter since her pediatrician died and new company no longer took our insurance and we reviewed this doctor based on what others were saying at the time her ratings were pretty darn good but boy o boy were those ratings wrong and we knew it by the first visit. The girls at the front desk are the laziest pieces of work and very rude. On several occasions when we went in the office it looked like the staff just crawled out of bed and didn't leave the funk at the door. Appearance is key for us, so they have a sick side and a well side which doesn't make a bit of difference because both sides were filthy and sick kids were on the well side. If I am bringing my child in for shots and I arrive 15 minutes before appointment time why am I still waiting an hour or so later. Then to get in to see the Dr she comes in and asks what are we seeing you for today as if the chart doesn't tell her. The time you will actually spend with the Dr . will be… less time than it takes to walk from the parking lot to her office. No bedside manner at all. So be prepared to take a half day or full day off to see this doctor because her staff takes their time at everything they do. Probably the only thing they are good at is scheduling appointments to get that money in the door. Once you have signed in you are no longer a priority just a number or another way to rack up more money.

I rated this honestly but Im here to tell you why im so Lost about this office. My son has been going here for a while.But I feel like I taken my son to the drs entirely too much. If its not one then its another. Every month Im there atlest 2-3 times. Why? All these follow ups and misdignose. I do agree she does just want the money. Even her Husband(mgt) is rude. I seen/heard how he talks to people.She even said it herself "Sometimes you forget that this is still a person" So that got me wondering what me and my son father was thinking. Im going to take my son to another Dr just to make sure that what she is telling me is true.The staff is good their are alot of students there for their intern. So that explains different faces. But this is the honest truth I like the office but Im not so sure about this Dr. Your suppose to be in this because you Love kids and Want them to be well. But I think she lost that feeling!

our last appointment had a 2 1/2 hour wait,upon asking if we were overlooked she acted as if she could care less,very arrogant,very dismissive,wouldn't recomended her to treat my dog!Honestly we are reasonable people and I have never given a doctor a bad review..Till now!..this was not based on one visit,good luck!
