Having graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry in 1980, Dr. Balber is proud to provide a high quality of dentistry in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere to the adults and children of this community.Â
Dr. Balber has been a UCLA Alumni and member of the UCLA Dental School Appollonians since 1980. He attended a one-year mini-residency program in Cosmetic Dentistry and attends numerous continuing education courses yearly. He is a Woodland Hills native, practicing here since 1981 and has been a member of the California Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry since 1985.
Dr. Balber is a member of the San Fernando Dental Society and serves as a member on their Peer Review Committee.Â
Dr. Balber is very active in his community and abroad. He has been a member of the Woodland Hills Optimist Club since 1985 and ran a “Just Say No to Drugs Club†for 3 years. He has provided free dental care locally to the Pacific Boys Lodge, and in the countries of Mexico, Thailand, and Russia. …Currently, he provides free dental care to the battered women at the Walter Hoving Home.
