This doctor should be banned from practicing. He was not even interested to know about the health issues I have or try to prescribe a start up medication. All he did was talking about how great of a doctor he is and that I must do the test that costs $2500 which my insurance doesn’t cover for. He wasted 2 hours of my time. SHAME ON YOU

Highly respected in his field, He specializes in neuropsychiatry and Does medical testing/ Diagnostics. He has saved my life!! I can’t thank him enough I seen so many shrinks and each just gave me samples like u was a lab rat! Finally after having this doctors testing done and getting to the root and cause, I never felt so balanced, Is it controversy because others doctors are losing because dr c gets hid patients better while others just want to milk insurance, dr c even told me he would treat me for free because I didn’t hand insurance and truly want to see me get better. I never met such a great person and such a wonderful doctor. I am so grateful to have met him

A great doctor who truly knows what he’s doing especially when it comes to pharmacology, I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing w trial /error meds. Quest lab is conveniently located next door so I didn’t have to shlep, Overall great experience . Sincerely Elise A

It was like he was trying to sell me a used car! Was pushing this test he has for $2500 that insurance doesn't cover and if you don't take the test he won't see you. At all. Tried to tell me that the medication I was on was going to make me get parkinson disease and was putting down all the other doctors I've ever seen

Money is all he cares about forcing you to pay for a brain mapping that's over 2 grand while repeating he is not in this for the money. If you decline he wont treat you and will say you do not care about your well being. Do not go to him. Just Dont!

My husband and I went to see him in hopes of getting a prescription for depression and anxiety,however; Dr. Carter wanted to only talk about how great he is and sign up for some brain tests that aren't covered by insurance but instead 2500.00 is to be paid by patient out of pocket and when I declined he tried shaming...this is guy is horrible!!! made us wait 2 hours in the waiting room because doctors' time is sooooo MUCH more important than anyone else's time certainly ours. He refused our prescriptions for non narcotic anti depressants and anxiety medication and wanted nothing further until we paid for brain tests..QUACK!!!!
