Dr. Arnold Del Pilar, DO

If you are looking for a Doctor to pat your back or stroke your ego, ya might wanna move on. If your looking for a doctor that is smart and very thorough, then this is your guy. Was the wait a bit long ? Yes it was.(about 20 min) but when I left his office, I felt cared for and cared about. I highly recommend him.

This is the worst doctor I have? ever visited. I visited once at the insistence of my therapist that I find a primary care physician for my depression and anxiety. My appointment was at 9:30 and I did not leave the office until 1pm. In that time, I saw the doctor a total of maybe five to ten minutes. They ran unnecessary tests without asking or saying what they are for and sent them off to a lab where they didn't give my insurance information to and I was given a bill from Quest for $1,500 that I didn't knew I had that is due at the end of this month! After all my testing, I had to DEMAND to see the doctor as they tried to send me home without any care whatsoever . When i did see the doctor, (the woman) she had the worst bedside manner possible, telling me not to get tattoos (which were all done in a shop) as well as telling me I wasn't really depressed (at first they lost my depression screening results). People who aren't depressed don't tell people that they have… seriously thought about suicide the last two weeks. I had to insist that she give me something for the depression. I left that office feeling worse than when I showed up. I am never going to return. It is clear that they only really care about the money and not patient health.

Dr Del Pilar is always so caring. Listens to my concerns and respects my feelings.

Rude staff, Dr. Del Pilar rushes and talks over you. The three times I've seen him I've had long wait times (over an hour each) then he makes me feel like an idiot for bringing my concerns to him... Then charged my insurance company for tests he never performed!

Dr. Del Pilar is good about testing and referrals when needed.

Waited so long i left. What raises an eyebrow is how My waiting time was low in past - when I had regular insurance. Now using Indianas HIP insurance it seems I am a lesser patient.

Horrible place to work. I used to be a former employee and I quit. I will never recommend him to ANYONE. He is all about the money. They have people working in the place that is not even certified to work as a medical assistant. They starting pay is very low. That place Is beyond Ridiculous. NEVER go there trust me they do a lot of sneaky and dirty things in that place. I would not give this place a star but I had too. BEWARE

had an important test done last week. very serious diagnosis. still has not contacted me.
