Ablated my SVT and doing great. My husband and I were very impressed with Dr. Pfahnl after my first visit. I had the SVT ablation within two weeks and been doing great since the ablation.

Overall excellent experience. After reviewing options with Dr. Pfahnl, I opted for afib ablation. Prior to this was treating my afib with medications for the last three years but wasn't doing well. I'm now 5 months out from my ablation with Dr. Pfahnl and having no palpitations. Very impressed with the office staff as well. I highly recommend Dr. Pfahnl.

I am from Germany and was visiting my aunt in Greeley. At the time of my visit, I suddenly developed a thumping in my chest that wouldn't go away. It was during the week and my aunt recommended we call her heart doctor. Luckily Dr. Pfahnl, her heart doctor, was available and could see me the next day. After evaluating me in his office he told me I was in a fib. Since I was returing to Germany in two days, he prescribed a medication that controlled my a fib and recommended I see a heart doctor as soon as I returned to Germany. I am very grateful for Dr. Pfahnl's attention and recommendations. I needed additional testing that would have cost me a fortune in the US. He was able control my afib enough that I could return to Germany and get further care there that was covered by my insurance. Thank you Dr. Pfahnl!

He sat down with my wife and I and spent 30 minutes going over the causes and possible treatments for my heart problem. I felt that he was giving me his undivided attention.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Pfahnl. He ablated my atrial fibrillation 3 years ago and I have been doing great since.

PLEASE AVOID THIS DOCTOR AS MUCH AS YOU CAN! I came into this office hoping for answers but all I got was the run around. I scheduled a surgery with him to check out my SVT's. Seating in his office weeks before the procedure, the first time he said he wanted to do surgery, I told him of my blood disorder and that I would need to talk to a blood doctor or he would need to talk to my old blood doctor prior to my surgery. The man calls me the day before the procedure to reschedule be cause he hadn't talked or looked at my records from my blood doctor until that day! I had the surgery, he told me in the surgical suite what he thought my diagnosis was, I was emotional and worried about the diagnosis and started to cry, he walked out without trying to talk to me about anything. He had told me in the surgical suite that he wanted me to see a cardiac rehabilitation center to strengthen my heart. I waited over 2 months to get a response form this office and him as to where to go to start my… program, calling multiple times to figure it out! That was the last conversation I had with the man. He prescribed me medication that I had an adverse reaction to I called the office 8 times in 2 weeks with no response back! I tried calling multiple time to get a hold of someone until 2 and half weeks later I found someone who would listen to me. They changed my medication and when I tried to get a follow up with the Doctor for having chest pains and dizziness I was told I couldn't get in for a MONTH because he was going to be out of the country! He does not have time for his patients whatsoever! Horrible bedside! manner!

Dr. Pfannl is an excellent cardiologist and EP. Very bright, very current and very concerned and thorough with my care. Northern Colorado is fortunate to have an EP/cardiologist of his caliber. His office is just good, imho. I wish appointments were easier to schedule, but having two dedicated schedulers is not patient-friendly. The schedulers are easy to deal with in person, but difficulties have arose for me when calling to schedule an appointment.The wait, however, has been well worth it, as Dr. Pfahnl is exceptional.
