Dr. Vardiman's brave act to do my surgery instead of letting the less confident child doctor do it, saved my life. Im forever thankful for him. Hands down the best doctor i have ever been around.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Vardiman for over 14 years. He’s very knowledgeable, compassionate and skilled! He only operates when necessary but makes sure that you receive the care and treatment you need. I’ve recommended him to many people and everyone has been very impressed and pleased with his treatment.

Dr Vardiman did my 4 Level C-4-C-7Cervical Spine Reinforforcement with 4 Mobi C’s.. Automobile injury.. Head on collision .Dr V is a conservative surgeon with his patients health and quality of life his foremost concern. He is not only an excellent surgeon.. and well respected by his peers.. he is very compassionate.. He’s a doctor for ALL THE RIGHT REASONS.. and it shows.. I did my research and hand picked Dr Vardiman myself because of his outstanding reputation not only with his peers but with his many many patients who recommended him.. My surgery had a 2 year recovery as it was a tough surgery .. but at the 2 year marker .. just as he said.. I was completely pain free by my 2 year check up.. and to date remain totally pain free.. His right hand nurse.. Maria is not only efficient .. she is also very compassionate and so pleasant to talk to.. she is so patient with you before and after your surgery answering any and all questions and concerns you might have.. I’ve read some people… questioning Dr V’s bedside manner .. all I can say is.. he’s very polite.. but you have to understand he’s not going to stand around talking about the price of Livestock with you.. this man is a brilliant brain surgeon.. cut him some slack.. geeze.. He also operated on my Cousin who had a malignant brain tumor.. and again did an outstanding job.. Hes your Man!

Great Surgeon! Able to repair previous surgical mistakes made by another surgeon

I have had 6 back surgeries, 2 being fusions and 2 necklace Surgeries, 1 bring a fusion and Jane absolutely no complaints with my care. Dr. Vardiman is up front and does not pressure you into surgery, he gives you his opinion and your choices and lets you decide. I have a rather complicated aged health history and would not trust any other doctor to perform a surgery on me. Maria his 2nd hand Lady is marvelous at getting the surgery set up and the insurance verified, and checks in. My only complaint would be on his staff. They do not return phone calls, even after leaving repeated voice mails, they are not overly friendly when seen in office either. But there's only 2 that schedule for him, so if those 2 could get their act together his practice would get a 5 star rating as well. He gets 5 stars from me but the practice maybe 3.

He seems very sincere on giving close professional information regarding surgery.

He's very friendly, but he does not spend any time listening to you about what your aches and pains are. Follow up visits after surgery for about 15 seconds or less . Very poor bedside manner.

Dr. Treated my trigeminal, surgical decompression, he is marvelous. I have told three friends in Ca about being free of that horrendous pain. I can never thank him enough.I don't remember when he did my surgery but think it's been about 15 years.

Dr. V is amazing! I had a spinal fusion at L5-S1. I was up and walking pain free almost immediately after surgery. Of course I had surgical pain bc it was a major surgery but my weakness, numbness and back pain were gone! He's a God send and repaired my spine. I am entirely grateful for this doc!
