Dr. Arnold M Vera, MD

After brilliant Dr.Vera's retirement it became the worst office in OB. You should run out ASAP!

I have been seeing dr.vera a very long time and he has really saved my life in many ways. Very thorough , very helpful and knows what he’s doing

Dr. Vera is the best Doctor that I have ever had and I am 70 years old. He is strict because he cares about his patients. He is not about just seeing patients but saving their lives. He studies research all the time and is up to date on new treatments to prevent problems because life matters.There is no one better than him.

I think Dr. Vera should retire. His reputation used to be very good but it seems like he attributes all of your health problems to your weight. For years he has been telling me to lose weight (eat closer to the farm) but it wasn't until Dr. Somai saw me for the first time he diagnosed a nutritional deficiency I had as well as an autoimmune disorder which accounted for why I had no energy to work or exercise. Dr. Vera seems exhausted and should pass the baton but all of the good doctors/PAs he has had have left. He recently sold the practice to non-medical owners which in my opinion was a huge mistake. Staff is awful (esp. front desk), you can't get in for months, wait is always several hours... you can't go RIGHT!!!! So upsetting when you are sick and need your health taken care of!!!!!

I believe Dr. Vera is done with his career as an Endocrinologist. He doesn't seem to care about my thyroid condition but continues to badger me about losing weight. Apparently he sold the practice to a nurse and she is trying to clean up the mess of the office. Not sure why he didn't turn the practice over to Dr. Somai - he is outstanding.

the staff at this office are nice until you need something, then they hang up on you or just never get back to you. Horrible and very STRESSFUL when you are sick and already stressed. FIND ANOTHER office that cares about their patients. POOR POOR POOR

Run don't walk away from this practice. Very poorly run and it appears to be a "mill" of shots. Terrible overall experience.

Dr. Vera and his associates are great! The staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating. Dr. Vera himself is very friendly, spends time talking with you, rather than at you, and truly tries to help you get the best treatment possible! I travel over an hour to see him because he is the best!

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, CARING

Still very confused about the entire process. Inaccurate dx, took 3 weeks to get a response on a dx. To be fair, he has a good background but just seems too busy to do a good job.
