Dr. Arnon Lambroza, MD

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Lambroza regarding a new diagnosis from a hospital visit. I wanted a 2nd opinion, and Dr. Lambroza came highly recommended. I felt that he took as much time as we/I needed. He explained the diagnosis thoroughly, in understandable terms, and patiently. I was quite impressed with his expertise and his manor.

Very rushed. Did not answer my questions. Ignored me when I told him that I already had a second test -- that he wanted done -- at Columbia-Presbyterian. Did not send me a copy of results for a MONTH. Columbia-Presbyterian e-mailed me copy of results the next day. Hurt me and made my entire body shake during test. No problem when same test done at Columbia=Presbyterian.

Dr. Lambroza is such an exemplary doctor. He was so thorough, and made sure I understood every step of the care plan that he prescribed to me. Although my health issue did not end up being related to Dr. Lambroza's area of expertise, I felt so comfortable and reassured being in his care. He helped me in the process of elimination in figuring out the cause of my health concerns, and was so willing to answer any and all questions I had as his patient. Anyone that goes to see this doctor is truly very lucky.

If you want a doctor who will patiently explain each step of the process, take very cautious steps in caring for your health, and follow up to ensure you're well even after, you should go to Dr. Lambroza. After being hospitalized following an endoscopy complication, I was very nervous to see any doctor. Though Dr. Lambroza took very cautious steps in the repeat endoscopy, made me feel confident going into the procedure, and left me feeling good as new only 2 hours after the procedure was over. I am very grateful for how careful he was with my health. I highly recommend Dr. Lambroza.

First visit was interested with my problem. Reviewed other doctors tests and said they were all done wrong. Sent me for more of the same tests to make more $$$. Did not help at all with motility problem. He has some high ratings. Don't believe them. Always tired looking and not interested. Never returns calls. Thinks he is wonderful. Stay away, find someone who really cares.

I have always felt comfortable with his care and his advice and know that I am getting the best treatment by one of the best New York gastroenterologists. I visited him today for another swallow evaluation and again felt his knowledge and willingness to consult with my other doctors will help me get the proper treatment for my current issues.I would highly recommend Dr. Lambroza to anyone with esophageal or swallowing disorders.
