Dr. Patel has done more for me in two visits then any other doctor has done in the past 8 years.

Dr. Patel gave me all the time I needed to explain my issues and he REALLY listened to me. However, some staff members were extremely rude but others were extremely helpful. A mixed bag. There seems to be a disconnect with messages being routed to the office.

My orthopedic surgeon referred me to Dr Patel and I was able to get in the next day for a procedure. It was very happy with the service at this office. Highly recommend!

I have been working with Premier Pain Specialists for four years, including Dr. Patel. He often seems distracted, has his own ideas about my pain and will never return a phone call. Instead, he has unknowledgeable staff try to communicate for him, and that is an awful ordeal: some talk as if they have marbles in their mouths, others just don't return phone calls. I think he just cares about doing multiple costly procedures even if they don't work. Since he won't communicate by phone, emergency visits to see him in person (so that he can ethically charge you) can be weeks away. He has never followed up after a visit, and really takes little time to explain his plans with me. Others in his practice were, in the past, more supportive and returned calls personally. I don't know if that is true now. I am thinking of getting other consults, though I'm not a doctor jumper, but 4 years, back surgery (failed to relieve pain) inconsiderate staff and 10 years of pain, with doctors claiming… to be the best, I may change my mind and find someone new.

Dr. Patel has excellent bedside manner. He always takes the time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Patel also makes sure that I understand everything that is being done during my visit. Not only does Dr. Patel always provides positive reinforcement when I need it. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a physician who specializes in pain management.

I found Dr. Arpan Patel to be very knowledgeable of the pain I was experiencing and was able to pin point exactly here my pain was steaming from. I had tried various treatments with other doctors over a period of about three years, nothing was working. After one injection from Dr. Patel my pain has disappeared. I can't thank him enough for freeing me of my pain. I highly recommend anyone suffering with pain don't wait any longer and go see him!

I have had severe back pain for the past year. I called Premier Pain Specialists and they got me in with an appointment the next day. The front staff was great and I was able to fill out all paperwork from home off of there website the night before. Dr Arpan Patel saw me and spent a lot of time with me, gave me a script for an MRI (which I was able to get done that same day), and prescribed me some compound cream which has worked wonders on my back. He also sent me to physical therapy which I am hoping will help my back. I am very happy with my experience with Premier Pain Specialists and would recommend all of my friends and family to go there if they are ever in pain. Thank you All

If you are suffering from serious pain, I highly recommend you consider Dr Arpan Patel. Dr Patel took the time to understand my needs as a patient in terrible pain and moved through the process to get me the help I was in desperate need of. Dr Patel is a great communicator, listens effectively, and works with you to get to a better place. His staff is super friendly with good follow up and Dr Patel took every measure to ensure that I received amazing service during all facets of the visit. If you live in the area, going to him is a no brainer, if not, I would strongly consider traveling within reason to see him. 6 years of consistent doctor visits... and no one comes close to this brilliant practitioner.

I can not say enough about the staff I have dealt at Premier Pain from the receptionist to Dr. Patel.. Who ever wrote the review about Dr. Patel or any of his staff not listening or caring for their pataints could not be further from the truth. I am a 58 year old male with back and nerve issues who truly believes that they all have my best interest at heart every time I visit them, especially Dr. Patel. They have always treated me with the up most respect. Dr. Patel gets a 5 star rating from this guy...
