Dr. Arpana Pillay, MD

This doctor, Arpana Pillay, made me wait 2 hours and 17 minutes and when she came into the room to see me, she said she would have lunch. I am an extremely allergic patient and I asked the doctor to prescribe me a drug I need for prevention, Epinephrine Injection(Auto-Injector). This prevents me from dying if an insect bites me or I eat something that causes me severe allergy, which can lead to my death. I've been calling the office for a month and they say they'll send the prescription and they ask me to get in touch with the pharmacy, I went to the pharmacy 3 times, called several times and the doctor doesn't send the prescription. A lot of lack of respect for the patient, it seems to play with my health! I've never had such a bad experience, I've lived in several countries, but in 40 years of life, it was the first time I feel totally disrespected and without medical support. I'm still without my medication, at risk of death! I'm going to look for a real professional who cares about… my health!
