I loved being a patient of Dr. Kaur, she took the time to talk about my treatment plan and discuss all my options. She cleared my questions, concerns and explained me everything. I was anxious on the day of my appointment but the procedure went pretty fast and smooth. Now she is our family dentist, highly recommended.

I got a cleaning earlier this week and I am very happy with the service I received. Dr. Kaur was very gentle and careful as she polished my teeth (they are very sensitive), not to mention how kind she was the entire time. Visits to the dentist make me kind of nervous, but she took the time to explain exactly what she was going to do and I felt that I was in the hands of someone who knew what they were doing. The front desk was approachable and very friendly! I'm definitely coming back again!

Terrible ,scary ,uneducated, disrespectful with bipolar disorder behavior! I took my sis to El Cajon location and today on her last day there she denied us after waiting for 2 hours and a half yelling screaming her lungs out just because I told her do not do this next time please and call us so we don’t come and wait hours. She then got enraged threw her glove on floor and began yelling with big scary eye and Indian accent that I don’t have to work and I am refusing to take you at all take your sister somewhere else. Not to mention my sister was so scared and so do I. She missed 3 hours of school and waited to see a horrific person in the name of dentist today...I am so sorry for Horizon dental group for a trash person like her to be working as a Dentist. My lord help her find a good therapist to help her with her behavior. I suggest she take her degree of 10 years experience to a trash can and educate on how to communicate effectively and respectfully with a person first. She… disgusted me to my core . I am GLAD you are leaving!
