Dr. Arthur Tobias Blumer, MD

I looked up Dr Blumer because I was curious to see if he had been arrested. Can't believe he is still practicing. The other reviewer who said he inappropriately examined her sister without gloves...happened to me as well when I was seven.

I’m now 48 years old and I remember Dr. Blumer, my pediatrician, when I was between 8-10 years old. I refused the pelvic check; I cried. He didn’t wear gloves. He examined my sister before me, no gloves. Gross. I wasn’t defiant. In fact, I was okay getting my immunizations, and did that day. Now I know why I had a creepy feeling. I wonder how many other patients he examined with no gloves. I’m so grossed out, even years later.

VERY GOOD WITH KIDS AND THERE MOM AND DAD THEY R VERY KIND

I started seeing Dr. Blumer when I was first born. Not only was he my doctor he was also my friend, I remember him using little stuffed animals to make me laugh when I got my shots.. He helped me with everything I needed, and if he didnt practice what I was in need for he would make sure he referred me to the best he could find. I wouldnt change him for the world.. Now being 25 I am sad I cant see him anymore.. I would reccomend him to anyone!

Dr. Arthur Blumer was my pediatrician and is now the only pediatrician for my children. He is very knowledgeable and cares for each of his patients. The staff in his office are always very kind and attentive to our needs.
