It appears their service is a lot better than it was 4 years ago. I was truly, totally ripped off by this company. I am still paying off the $4000 bill that Midlantic Bank paid them in advance to provide a new bridge for me. What a nightmare! They did a poor job completely. I am waiting to get this bill paid so I can go to another dentist to straighten out the mess they made. I told the dental assistant that they had not shaved enough of my tooth in order for it to fit correctly. She said, "it's fine" and it is not! By doing that the bridge is not fitted tightly over the other tooth. So any cold or hot hurts that exposed tooth. I see so many shining reviews on their service now. Good! Because the way they did business in the past is just plain cruel, indifferent and miserable. They got paid. I got horrible service. I will certainly never go to a chain of dentists ever again in life!
