He seem nice and caring but I don't see he work hard enough for his patient. Beware of the long wait at here. I schedule for 3 pm I showed up at 2:30 because I don't like being late. Everyone show up at after 2:30 they get to go in first. In the meantime, I asked the front desk receptionist they said they schedule early time appoiment. I was left I thought to myself that I'd never come back here again. First , they appreciate people time I understand that every times you go seek doctor typical wait would be an hour or less but this office goes beyond that it's take 2 and half hour of my times. Honestly, I would never waited this long for any doctor . Second, they need to better trained their staff get in right people come in early for their appoiment should be first in line. Third, he dosent spend adequate times with his patient. I waiteed for two hours he only see me for 15minutes or less . Overall, every time I visited here it's always 2hours or more for the long wait and he only… seen me for 15minutes

Dr Chau performed carpel tunnel on both hands did an awesome job !

Be prepared for a long day before you attend an appointment as this office. They remind me of dealing with a government -slow and they office staff dont care. Dr Chau is nice but his flying visit leaves you wondering if he took the time to diagnose accurately. I would definetely not recommend this practice.Patient and customer care classes need to be taught to the staff, but I suspect they all need replaced by people who actually care about customers

Dr Chau replaced my hip 2.5 years ago . He did a fanstastic job on my hip . I can now do things I never thought I would be able to do . I would recommend him above all others .
