A good endodontist with an APPALLING administration department. While very pregnant - a few days prior to giving birth, I returned for a second time to attend to a root canal that I had been told "had to be done". It turned out that I did not even need one because there was no cavity in my molar, so I did not even expect a bill in the first place. Nearly two years later, I have adverse information of $146 on my credit report and it looks like they handed this account over within 3 weeks of my non-treatment. They never bothered to pick up a phone and call me and I never heard from the collections agency. They also refuse to put me through to their accounts department. The woman there today, told me they are a dental practice and put the phone down on me. I am fed up and upset and would never recommend this endodontist to anyone. Ever.
