Dr. Jey lacks bedside manner, compassion, empathy and refuses to listen to the child’s parents. Laughed at my sons pain and did not give us the time of day. Wasted hours in the ER and felt that our concerns were not addressed.

His an amazing doctor. I went at a time when Covid 19 patients were there and he took care of my tonsillitis. I was able to talk and eat after four days. Wish him the best in his field. God heaps his blessings upon Dr. Jey always.

Great doctor! Very compassionate. As busy as ER is, he takes time to thoroughly explain everything. Thank you!

I noticed he has a couple good reviews which is surprising considering in our brief experience with him the day we took our 1 and a half year son to him at 10pm on a Sunday night in the Sutter ER, we had a horrible experience. We took our son in after we noticed him get very breathless through the evening and start gasping for breath by around 9 PM we spoke to the advice nurse who heard his heavy breathing thru the phone and instructed us to immediately get him seen. As soon as we entered the ER he was promptly called to check in counter, and at the check in the nurse asked us to lift his shirt to see his abdomen to assess his breathing and immediately said he was indeed having a hard time breathing calling it labored or stressed breathing with distress. She checked him in and without waiting he was taken to the back . They monitored his oxygen perfusion ratio for a very short time after which the doctor came in and the first thing he did was check his ears and promptly told me has… very severe ear infection and is basically in pain so he has heavy breathing and he prescribed him Amoxyl and Mortrin and dismissed us,I informed him that he is having a really hard time breathing and is so congested, which is visible and can hear him wheezing and he was distressed due to which he was barely opening his eyes and gasping for breath, he said there would be nothing that they would be able to do about it and the cold and cough would just run its course. I came back home with an extremely uncomfortable baby having a hard time breathing gasping for air and having absolutely no signs of ear infection. He didn't sleep at all the night and kept us all awake and was crying all night.At 4 am I got back in the car and started driving around town as in the car he would quite down a bit. St 6AM I called his pediatrician and asked for the earliest appointment and there I was told that he was in respiratory distress and was given breathing treatments immediately his breathing rate being 57/ minute. It was a horrible night!! which could've been averted was he put on the nebulizer the night before at the ER.

Ihave no words to express what a great doctor he is. Im alive today because of Dr Jay. He saved my life from Cancer. He saw me did all the tests and admitted to the hospital immediately and i came out with a colorectal surgery. If not for himmy cancer would have spread and I would have gone. He is a kind hearted doc with a sence of humer.

Dr. Jey took excellent care of my injury. He was especially good at communicating with me in a manner that relaxed me, took my mind off of my pain, and kept me informed.
