Dr. Arthur J. Labovitz, MD

I was a patient of Dr. Labovitz for about three years. In that time, I would bring in a list of questions to ask him to which he would sigh and had multiple times thanked his fellow for having gone in first to answer my questions so he did not have to. Several times, Dr. Labovitz came in and feigned a phone call within 30 seconds and walked out to never come back again. One time a nurse came in to say I could leave, and I said “I haven’t even seen the doctor“ she was surprised and the next thing I know Dr. Labovitz comes in for a 30 second visit again being disgusted that I had even one question to ask. One of his fellows, after I told him that I was afraid, said “you’re afraid of everything.” He treated me for a cardiomyopathy for three years for me to find out from another cardiologist that did an MRI of the heart that showed I did not even have a cardiomyopathy. I pulled a copy of my medical records and read through them, and there were miscellaneous and multiple inaccuracies… in my record of supposedly things he told me and that I told him that never ever happened. I wouldn’t wish this doctor on my worst enemy
