Dr. Arthur G Lapping, DO

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! His staff called our office requesting info on a patient and in an attempt to determine who I was speaking with I was told "and who are you"...and this was the DOCTOR speaking to me directly. I could not understand the medical staff initially and when I asked what office was calling she gave the phone directly to the doctor himself and I was appalled at how he spoke to me. I WOULD RECCOMEND EVERYONNE STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS MAN AND HIS OFFICE.

SUCH A DISGRACE FOR HUMAN BEINGS, HAS NO UNDERSTANDING FOR COMMUNICATING WITH OTHER DOCTOR OFFICES, HIS OWN STAFF OR PATIENTS. STAFF IS THEE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO, BUT SPEAKING WITH DR.LAPPING, YOU CAN TELL WHERE IT COMES FROM. HE NEEDS TO RETIRE OR BETTER YET, HAVE HIS PRACTICE SHUT DOWN!!

Had to go to a second doctor, getting worse 3 days after visit.

Dr. Lapping's office is absolutely filthy!! I cannot believe OSHA has not shut him down. He is a horrible physician and I wouldn't send a dead rat to him. He doesn't even deserve 1 star. Please do not go to this physician or send any of your family to him. I hope eventually word gets around and he gets investigated and shut down!!! It's absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!!

very good doctor he takes the time and listen to you to see what wrong.
