My first visit besides when I was in the hospital.Most amazing Doctor I’ve seen in a very long time..Beautiful and friendly compassionate staff.Definitly will be my dr forever

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Mitchell for some time. His bedside manner is a bit unique, but he definitely knows his medicine. His office hours are limited, however I have always been able to get an appointment on the same day or next day. He tells it like it is. He is willing to listen to your concerns and address any question you might have. In today's world where there are multiple doctors in a practice, I appreciate going where everyone knows your name without checking the appointment book!! Everyone in his office shows care and does all to make you feel like you are important! Trust him to the end. Great doctor.

I was warned about this doctor, but since he only covers for my regular doctor occasionally, I didn't worry about much. Then I was hospitalized and forced to be under his care. This man should not be allowed to practice medicine on anyone. I was subjected to additional prolonged suffering because of him in the hospital and out. I listened to intentionally cruel comments from him. I can't believe someone so lacking in compassion and ethics is actually a doctor.

I have been with Dr. Mitchell almost since he started his practice. I've developed a chronic illness (gastroparesis) and chronic pain. He has been with me every step of the way, even when he admits there is nothing HE can do for me. He has sent me to specialists. He always gets me in to see him any time I call no matter how trivial a matter.He told me if I ever need to talk, his nurses are there every day and I can call or go in and they will take the time to help me in any way they can, even if it's just to hold me while I cry. He always has a joke that can make me smile when very few things can do that these days. He understands when my husband asks him questions and doesn't make him feel like he shouldn't be asking questions, since he's not the patient. He tries to tell us the truth and what I might be expect from different my health problems. And yes, I might get depressed but it's not actual depression that needs to be treated with meds, that of course I don't want to eat… because would you want to eat if every time you did you got sick and pain. I know there are those who don't like him and that's their opinion. Mine is that he is not only my doctor but a sort of friend who will be there when needed. He's a good doctor and his staff is just as great.Thank you Doc and your ladies. You've gotten me through some really hard times without thinking I'm just imagining this or that. Knowing that you haven't written me off even though you can't really medically help me, let's me know that you are a doctor who is in it to help, not for the money.
