Dr Pacia is one of the most caring and kind physicians. He's taken care of me and all my family. His staff is always kind, courteous and helpful in any way they can be.

My husband and I have never had a bad experience with either Dr or staff. The staff is always courteous and friendly. Dr Pacia is knowledgeable and always there in an emergency. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Pacia is a good doctor. He shows that he has your best interest in mind. As for his office staff, they're rude, lacks professionalism and interpersonal skills. Tess and Vivian are the worst! When you try to bring this issue to their attention, they don't even pretend to work on it or apologize for their lack of good patient service. So overall, very good doctor, but horrible medical office team.

I cannot begin to tell you how many times this man saved my life..if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be breathing right now..he is sassy at times, but you can't blame him because of the abuse some people give him, (even me) once in a while..I love him and his staff who go out of the way to help me feel better.......I can honestly say I never really have a problem with the staff except from one person and I just ignore the source....if you show someone you are not afraid of their mouth, they won't bug you anymore, try it..just don't be nasty,,be loving with a smile and they will warm to you....everyone has a bad day , but there is nothing bad you could say about this office and Dr. Pacia , because I think they are the best in Hamilton, I am greatly indebted to them......

I have been going to to Dr. Pacia since I was 18 and I am now 45. I love him, Dave, Nancy, Vivian and Tessy!!! They always take time for me, I always get in there when I need to and he always asks me how my family is!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I've been going to Dr. Pacia close to 25 yrs. He is very personable. He has sent me to excellent specialists as needed. I've recently been diagnosed with MS; my health has been wacky since my immune system is weak. Dr. Pacia is patient with me, consoles me, doesn't rush me out; takes the time to listen. His staff is very cordial. Like any doctor office if you come in early for appointment or on time, everything runs smoothly and staff are very receptive. Listen to instructions and follow through are important as well. I often recommend Dr. Pacia to people. His is a phenomenal doctor.
