Very satisfied with introductory visit. Dr. Rone showed concern, was thoughtful and knowledgeable and didn’t rush through my appointment which I appreciated.

My sons experience with this Doctor was the worst we have ever seen. I cant believe what a wuss of a person he is. Totally unprofessional, rude, doesn't care about his patients, its a hurry up whats wrong, good bye. Do not go to him.

Dr. Rone does NOT follow through with his referrals to other departments nor does he take responsibility for making sure that insurance authorizations get done for medications he prescribes and when he doesn't like the way something is going he puts the blame on the patient

Very disappointed with service and follow up. You must call to ask for results, Dr. Rone's office does not contact you. Appears that Dr. Rone is over worked and gives 'off the cuff' answers rather than taking your specific situation into account. He struggles with the electronic records and does not review test results prior to appointment or even at the appointment unless you specifically ask. Front desk is very courteous, friendly and helpful, the nurse, not so much.
