What incompetent staff members at this doctors office. I am still in shock with the way this office handled my deceased fathers paperwork. I had asked over a month ago to fill out a single paper and asked for a call back from Dr. Santiago. Three full weeks later, after multiple emails to the clinic, I finally got a call back 3 minutes before they closed for the weekend, asking for my Father's date of death. I'm sorry but shouldn't you have that in his files, the doctor signed his death certificate! Still have not received a phone call from the Dr. himself. No empathy for the families that are dealing with the death of a loved one from this clinic.

While Dr. Santiago is a caring doctor, the condition of the office is deplorable. It is dirty and very unorganized. The office staff is rude and treat you like you are a nuisance to them, with the exception of Ania who is very pleasant. I requested medical records, and a month later, still didn't have them. When I called about my bloodwork, I kept being told that someone would call me with the results, and no one ever did. Needless to say, I have switched PCP.

Excellent Doctor.

Two traits a doctor should possess and he has both. He listens to his patients, which should be the mark of a great doctor. He has such patience and always leaves his patients with a way of feeling better even while they are still sick. His caring ways should be taught in medical college because he possesses a great bedside manner, which is so lacking in many of today's doctors. He is just like his father was in how he treated his patients.

Dr Santiago is like an old tyme country doctor who takes his time with his patients and really cares. He is a terrific doctor for a primary and who is also a kidney specialist. He cared so much he kept his father's practice and takes care of his patients after his father passed away and has his other practice in Randolph. He is so caring and understanding.

Dr. Santiago is a caring and responsive physician. In today's climate of quick visits he takes time to address all of your medical needs. He is truly the hub of the wheel for your treatment seeing the entire picture of you as a person, not just and ailment.

I am completely happy with my every visit at dr Santiago. His assistant will do her outmost best to accomodate you .i am totally pleased with service

Excellent doctor!! He reminds me of an old country doctor. He spends time with you and listens. I never get upset if I have to wait because I know if I have an issue he will spend the time with me also. I went to several other drs and was diagnosed with a certain disease but when I saw him because I was not getting better he said you do not have that I think it's this and put me on medication for what he thought it was and I was better in 2 weeks! !!

The doctor is top notch But he has a horrible staff .
