Dr. Arthur C Vigil, MD

Dr. Vigil was extremely knowledgeable as well as compassionate and made me feel comfortable with all of my needs being met. Several of my friends in the area recommended him to me and I couldn't be happier. No nausea. No pain. Overall a stress-free experience throughout the entirety of my procedure.

He is not a nice person. He may have graduated with a medical degree but definitely lacks compassion and bedside manner. He was very condescending to me and my spouse. Also was rather rude to the nurse there as well. I shivered after my procedure, for a while because he refused to order a medicine to stop it. I was then sent home in pain because he was in a hurry to leave the facility and did not want to provide me any more pain relief. Beware of this so called medical professional!!

Dr. Vigil was my anesthesiologist for several facet-block procedures I had with another physician. Unfortunately, he was not on my insurance, which resulted in my receiving checks from my insurance that I had to then forward to Dr. Vigil. Dr. Vigil insisted on trying to obtain the full billed amount even though insurance paid far below this amount and never sent bills for the reduced amount even when agreed upon. Lastly, even though I had paid Dr. Vigil, he submitted my name to a collection agency and his office refused to call off the collection agency. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM. OFFICE IS DISHONEST AND ILLEGALLY SUBMITTED MY NAME TO A COLLECTION AGENCY.

Dr. Vigil was very compassionate. He listened to my concerns and really made me feel at ease. I awoke feeling much better than I had expected. Usually I am groggy and have nausea after surgery. With Dr. Vigil, I awoke feeling fantastic. He is a very gifted physician.

Arthur Vigil was not kind or informative of the process. He wass curt and unfriendly. He is definitely not worth the money he charges. I will never use his sub-standard services again.
