When called, the department, which is John’s Hopkins ER, has NO record of this physician working there currently or in the past.

Dr. Webb shows true compassion. He takes his time and breaks down medical terminology in a fantastic manner. It is obvious that he loves the field of medicine. He is NEVER condescending and is ALWAYS good-natured. I have struggled with various health concerns for many years and it was only after speaking with Dr. Webb about those issues that, finally, a physician was able to connect some dots for me. I am so grateful! He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and accessible. He is a gem!
