Dr. Arti Saproo, MD

Dr Saproo has been the best doctor I have had in a long time! If you want someone to listen and really understand you she is the doctor for you!! Shes amazing!!!!

I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Saproo. She is a patient first, genuinely caring, medically and keenly intuitive Doctor.

"Doctor" Arti Sapproo was the most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. She genuinely does not care about her patients no matter how young they are. My two year old daughter saw her around three times, we got two referrals from her to the children's hospital the first time, which I had to keep calling back and forth to Mednow clinic and the children's hospital to make sure they finally got the referrals. I had to even call back to Mednow clinic to get the right phone number to schedule the appointment. I had to wait over a month to get one result back, I was the one who had to call multiple times back and forth again to see where the results were, and finally had to get involved with a patient advocate to get the doctor to call me. No help from Sapproo, or her clinic. Upon trying to get dental work for my daughter done, I once again was told by Mednow clinic that I would have to see Sapproo to get the release signed. In the meantime, I took the vaccination report that Sapproo… prepared for my daughter to tri-county health to get my daughters vaccinations, the Dr. there took her time and found Sapproo's vaccination report to have many errors, and would have to be re-done. Upon going back to Sapproo to get the dental form signed, I confronted her about why there has been no follow through from her and her office, and why I was the one doing all the legwork to make sure things were done, even getting the results, and the only work she did do, was wrong. She also does not return calls, the one time she finally did call me back and left a message, it had nothing to do with what I called her for. She also has a nasty habit of trying to talk down on her patients as if they are her children or husband, and this time I did not take her antics. I also was not taking her usual excuses, "I don't have time", "It wasn't my fault", "I take this personal". Yeah I would take it personal as well if I was failing at my job, and potentially injuring my patient's due to my ineptness to do my job correctly. She then slammed her hands onto the table and looked over my daughter for about two minutes, another complete waste of time, she could have signed the paper and faxed it to the dentist as I was just there 2-3 weeks ago. She also tried to print a recommendation from the internet which she then asked for back, and kept. Sapproo is a very arrogant and ignorant woman, her ineptness to do her work correctly is an accident waiting to happen. Stay far away from her and her temper tantrums.

She actually cares about me as a person

Hands down the best doctor I've had for addiction assisted treatment! She tough but for a good reason. Once she gets to know the real you, she is one of my biggest supporters! I looked forward to my visits with her. She's amazing at what she does ,I give her 5 stars and more!
