In 2004, Dr. Arturo Armenta graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. He then moved to Houston, Texas and matriculated into Baylor College of Medicine where he earned a medical doctorate in 1999. He then completed his training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and also completed a Peripheral Nerve and Microsugery Fellowship at the Baylor Plastic Surgery Division in the Texas Medical Center.
During his years in the Baylor Plastic Surgery Program, Dr. Armenta learned from leading plastic surgeons and developed skills in all aspects of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. What distinguishes Dr. Armenta's preparation, however, is the unique training he received in the highly specialized area of Peripheral Nerve, Microsurgery and Brachial Plexus Surgery from Dr. Saleh Shenaq, a renowned expert in the field.
