The staff needs retiring. Most of the staff has an ill attitude.

the only thing i would ask for the office to change is the wait time for customers we work and have things to do and expect that if we have an apt at 11 we should be in at 11:15 the latest

excellent physician and human being

Dr. Garza-Gongora and his Nurse Practioner and medical staff are excellent However, the woman that sets at the front window has been extremenly rude to me on more than once. She seems bitter and angry, lacks compassion and has no patience for the simplest of questions...She is either burned out or hormonal or both, but neither is an excuse for her haughty and even cruel power plays she make at the front desk.

I was scheduled an appointment for 8:30 a.m., got there on time, and waited for a long time, then about 10:00 a.m. I saw trough the receptionist window the doctor arriving in the back door. Why do they make appointments early, I almost got fired from work, they wouldn't believe how long I took at the appt.
