I moved last year to Palm Desert from Orange County and I am very impressed by this pediatrician; besides OC, I have lived also in LA, and you can hardly find an office where you actually see the same doctor every time or at times you don't even see A doctor at all; and I think it is fair to recognize the value of having a real pediatric specialist for my children -it makes a big difference trust me-, and Dr. Quintanilla is definitely an experienced pediatrician who knows his stuff. I will keep coming back. I highly recommend this doctor.

My visits are always pleasant

Dr. Quintanilla is great at what he does, though he could be a little warmer but we are not there to be friends, his knowledge and expertise is off the charts, he is very knowledgable and a very smart individual and he CARES for his patients and always seeks the best treaments, he has been my daughters pediatrician since the day she was born and 11 years later we are still with him, he is great, he remembers his patients , his staff is proffesional and his office is always clean

Dr. Art I believe is a truly good pediatrician, I have two kids under his care going on 7 years since my firstborn, and has always been competent and caring; I agree that he may not be too warm and fuzzy but he does care for the welfare of my children; in the end I think that's what matters because I want a good doctor for my children. His office is clean. His staff is very professional. I have no problem recommending him.

I was really having a hard time finding a pediatrician for my newborn due to insurance, I contacted the office & the ladies at front were very professional & so helpful about scheduling me an appointment which to me was a good sign, the day of our appointment we met Dr. Quintanilla, he definitely is the best Dr. that I’ve met after my Pregnancy, so professional and well mannered, a great Dr. with kids treated my baby very well, was very comprehensive & answered all my questions that I had doubts in regards to. Will certainly return & I would give 10 stars if I could.

The wost experience, extremelly rude, we walked out in the middle of consultation even though my child has bronchitis. We decided to go to urgent care to get treated and to avoid anymore of his rudeness. Still unable to explain his hostile attitude since the beginning. My god, we are still in shock. I felt the urge of reporting him immediately at least to avoid more people having such a nightmare like we did, I failed to read the previous reviews. As a county worker and a human being I know the importance of treating people with respect. If you want to avoid an unhappy, rude, unprofessional person please avoid Dr. Quintanilla. He didn't even give us a chance, he apparently disliked the way my son was not breathing in and decided he was going to punish us by going to the next patient to teach us a lesson and for next time for us to follow his instructions as told (he had being with us not more than three minutes or close to that but he was rude from the first second he walked in) even… though my son has bronchitis. I never leave reviews but this bad experience had to be reported. I give one star because the ladies at the front were professional. I hope he retires asap! Life is too short to live miserable and make other's life miserable as well. I am still shaking this off my day.
