Dr. Arul Pugazhenthi Kannan, MD

This practice and Dr. Kannan himself are absolutely useless. The staff are some of the rudest I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with... If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I trust Dr. KANNON completely with my care. I truly believe he knows me and has my well being in mind.

I love Dr. Kannan and Sheryl they are top of the line But the man at the deck is the most rude and inconsiderate person i've ever had to tolerate i realize they are busy but that is not a good excuse for being rude... Myself and my family are considering changing doctors because of the guy at the desk thats pretty sad to be looking for another prime care because of the office help i would guess that 9 people thinking about leaving would make someone think about a crash course on manners.

My husband needed his prescription refilled. The Pharmacy tried for 4 days and no response. My husband called and was met with much resistance and the man that answered the phone was very condescending. When I called I was advised that he need to know the name of the prescription. How many people know the full name and spelling of their prescription! Few! The man that answered the phone had no customer service skills, that is my living and he needs some training especially being in the medical field. In the end I advised the prescriptions but he never asked my husbands name! How sad!

I am highly impressed with the way I was treated. Thanks a million.

Dr Kannan is great. Will see you whenever you need an appointment. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Knows the answer for my concerns before I ask him and explains at a down to earth level. If I need a script it is faxed to my drug store before I leave the office. Always visits me in the hospital.

Dr. Kannan is very sharp doctor. He explains things about his finding so that I understand. I look forward to my visits and feel comfortable with him. We are a team but he is the coach. He is very interested in what I have to say. He is the kind of man I would like to have as a neighbor.
