Dr. Arun Kumar Reddy Veera, MD

Dr. Veera is one of the best doctors I have had. He takes the time to listen to what I have to say. For over 13 years I had problem that was just brushed aside, doctors before just told to me take more medicine but that didn't help. Now because of Dr Veera the problem is now resolved. He will always get you the help you need. I trust him completely.

By far the best family doctor I've ever had. Makes every effort to get you in on a last minute appointment if you need to be seen. He listens to me and knows what he is doing.

It was discovered that my father had a tumor in his spine that caused the vertibrae to shatter. A biopsy reveal stage 4 cancer. Not only was P.T. prescribed despite progressively worse pain (and a ruptured vertebrae), but the doctor completely missed the tumor. He also missed diagnosing the primary site for the cancer which could have meant earlier diagnosis and better treatment options. When trying to escalate and get appointments, they were stalled by office staff. My father has since passed. Recommendation - find a doctor who is inquisitive and persistence about your health and ANY abnormalities. Transcripts and bedside manner are not always the best indicator of a good doctor. Go to the emergency room if your doctor doesn't know how to circumvent process & procedure to do what's right for patient health.

You don't know the quality of your doctor until you have a health crisis. While this doctor's office is efficient as mandated by Covenent; this practice is obstructive to giving access to medical staff/medical advise and to order necessary diagnostic tests. The doctor was willing to treat without knowing the problem. In our case, the doctor diagnosis muscle tension. After 6 weeks of progressively worse pain (no longer able to walk), we admitted our father to the emergency room because the doctor would only order physical therapy instead of the MRI that was needed. In the ER, we got the XRays, MRIs, Cat Scans, and blood work that was needed. Surgery was performed. It is extremely frustrating to know that Dr Veera and Covenant were saving their pennies while my dad sufferred senselessly. While trying to escalate the issue, Julie and Patti, the gatekeepers at the office, made it extremely difficulty to speak to the medical professionals in the office to get the proper care. If… you really need medical CARE, I would avoid this office. Here, the priority is clearly profit.
