Dr. Arun Jay Rao, MD

Dr. Arun Rao is rude, inconsiderate and shows very little respect for women, their questions and their concerns. He makes assumptions and puts words in your mouth. I would think long and hard before going to him when there are many other options. I can't express enough disappointment in planning a surgery to come to find out he didn't listen, take any notes and jumped to very wrong conclusions based on his own biases. He lacked any positivity as well. If you decide to go after reading this, don't go alone and even better bring a man with you as he won't show you as a woman respect as the intelligent person you are, who can articulate information for yourself.

Very rude and nasty don't bother

Stay away if you are doing an expensive procedure here because they will make you double pay. They are very disorganized and deceitful, bunch of snakes working here. You will get the run around, you will get avoided for them to "get away with it".

The doctor was very patient when answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. Dr. was concerned about managing post-op discomfort. Willing to listen and didn't always feel as if he was always right. It did take quite a while to get an appointment. But once it was my turn I felt like I was his only priority.
