I visited the clinic for my annual check-up. When I originally booked the appointment, the doctor canceled just 10 minutes before the scheduled time. I had already taken a half-day off work, and I found this extremely unprofessional. The appointment was later rescheduled, and I went in for the visit. After my check-up and lab tests, I received a bill from the lab. When I contacted my insurance company, I learned that the receptionist at the doctor’s office had incorrectly submitted my visit and did not mark it as an annual check-up. Because of this error, the insurance company reached out to the doctor’s office multiple times to correct the claim, but they never responded. As a result, I had to pay the lab bill myself. Despite this, I explained the situation, and she requested some documents from the insurance company. I provided everything within 30 minutes. After that, I followed up for eight months with no response. The insurance company also continued trying for a year and a half. In the end, nothing was corrected, and I was forced to pay a bill that I should not have been responsible for.

This physician will not compromise patients health and interests for anything. Will pay attention to all the details and will hold every one accountable when it comes to her patient. For elderly and frail patients, this is your doc.
