There are no words to describe my deep appreciation for all Dr Bakhru did to help me as soon as he could after my recent disconcerting diagnosis to schedule surgery so I could quickly heal from an aggressive, nasty & rare uterine cancer I still can’t believe was inside me! You won’t find anyone with the kind and loving bedside manner Dr Bakhru has as he is extremely reassuring and calming; so kind, caring and compassionate that he made my worries melt away each time we met - even when he visited just prior to surgery! It meant so much that even my fiancé now holds him in high esteem! Dr Bakhru was amazing at listening to all my concerns and thoroughly explained things so my worries would dissipate. I’m also grateful to dear Dr Alexandra Kidd for referring me to such a highly skilled, experienced and compassionate surgeon as these qualities will increase my chances for a smooth and healthy recovery! Without a doubt, Dr Bakhru is A-1 top-shelf wonderful! I found Dr… Bakhru to be a gentle, kind soul in heart, mind and spirit, and sincerely thank him from the bottom of my heart for sharing his craft to heal those like myself who are in dire need of his special gift of healing. I would highly recommend Dr. Bakhru. He is the rare combinations of kindness, compassion, and gifted. I had surgery exactly two weeks ago at Honor Health Scottsdale Shea and even the staff in pre-op and on the floor say he is just the best. The surgery went very well and surprisingly, I went home the next day.

My gynecologist referred me to Dr. Bakhru when an endometrial biopsy revealed some concerning results. He saw me immediately and was the kindest, most patient doctor I've ever had the (atypical) pleasure to deal with. He was informative, answered all my questions, and by his calm and compassionate demeanor, put my mind at rest. I was told that I needed and agreed to a total hysterectomy, performed by Dr. Bakhru, laparoscopically and using a Da Vinci Robot. At no point did I feel ambivalent about this highly recommended surgery. At every step of this unnerving journey, he was there with confident, comforting words and offered great followup! Dr. Bakhru is the real deal...like doctors used to be! I feel incredibly lucky to have been referred to this exceptional doctor! Do like I did...read his reviews from Tallahassee (from where he's recently relocated)....ALL his patients were sad to see him go! As several of them said, Tallahassee's loss is Scottsdale's gain. Lucky me:)

Had surgery in Scottsdale, not in Mesa. Super caring and great at explaining the situation. Had hysterectomy robotically with no blood loss or complications. His staff at Ironwood need some training, but he was very caring and a great surgeon.

For this to be the scariest thing i have had to go through so far in my 61 years Dr. Bakhru was the most wonderful doctor. His bed side manner is wonderful and the words of encouragement through everything made a total difference. I really hated to see him leave the cancer center. However...i was almost through will all my treatments and i am on my way to a new life with out cancer. I cried the day he told me he was leaving mainly because it is so hard to find a good doctor and we had been through so much together. i pray he has a wonderful new life in his new practice and hundreds of women get to enjoy having a great doctor. love you Dr. Bakhru!!!! Dr. Bakhru has treated me for ovarian cancer and all that entails for 2.5 years. He is a truly exceptional doctor, the best I have ever known. Extremely knowledgeable, skilled and a very good communicator. He is dependable, amazingly accessible and compassionate. A rare thing indeed! If you are unlucky enough to need a gynecological oncologist, you would be lucky to have Dr. Bakhru as your doctor. He is exceptional and irreplaceable.

Dr. Bakhru is an excellent Dr. he has incredible patience and compassion. He always made me feel that i was priority at every visit. He always answered all questions or addressed all my concerns. Also his entire staff made me feel #1. His nurse Christy is awesome and they make a great team. They seem to have great communication between themselves. Which i feel is important. He comes highly recommended in my book.
