If you're going to brandish the lofty slogan "treat every patient as you would treat your own family member," it would be wise to first understand that such words demand a level of competence, organization, and basic human decency that, regrettably, seems entirely absent from Mr Mokha. A referral was faxed over with the assurance that it would be reviewed within one to two weeks. That time passed in predictable silence. In a futile attempt to aid this provider’s office's evidently staggering inefficiency, I personally hand delivered another referral two weeks later, and the front desk, in their finest display of unearned confidence, confirmed receipt and assured me that I would be contacted within the week to schedule an appointment. *51 days later,* I am still waiting for this so-called contact. Upon visiting the office again—because apparently, that’s what it takes to inspire even the barest hint of action—I was informed that the Mr Mokha, in all their infinite busyness, *still*… hadn’t bothered to look at it. If you are incapable of managing your practice, have the decency to set proper expectations. Do not tell people two weeks if you intend to let their referral gather dust for seven. Such behavior betrays a profound lack of respect for your humans and their time. It reveals either an alarming incompetence, or worse, a complete indifference toward those you’ve taken an oath to serve. If you really treat your family this way, I pity them. If you don’t, then your little motto is nothing more than the self-satisfied ramblings of a professional-in-title whose interest in patient care begins and ends with a marketing brochure.

My experience with Dr. mokha was not good. He seemed very impatient and did not listen to me. He did not explain things very well, and when I called the office with questions after my visit, I got no response. I would not recommend him, and I will not be returning.

Dr. Mokha has been AWESOME with my 5 year. My son has severe asthma, Dr. Mokha's treatment plan has worked well, he is very responsive to phone calls and squeeqes us in when needed. He does not "overtest" and does not create unnecesary medical bills. He is an excellent listener and speaks directly to my son. He even calls to follow up after seeing my son when he is sick. I would highly recommend his for children or adults. His staff is cheerful and helpful.

Took my daughter -aged 9 - to see him regarding an allergy / sinus problem / cough. Firstly he spoke to her - which was a nice touch. He had a confident and pleasant bedside manner, diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what could be done about it. All round a great experience.

Thorough analysis of my symptoms, patient with my many questions, and he actually calls you back. The office staff is just as brilliant. Especially his nurse, Debra. I am very glad I found Dr. Mokha and this office.

My asthma was very bad before seeing him.I and out of ERs. Now, I have not been to one for 2 years and finally went camping this summer with little allergy issues. Glad I saw him.

This doctor didn't listen to any of the details of what I told him during my visit. He confused the details and chronology of my medical history, to the point that my insurance company won't cover services for allergy treatment. I called his office to explain in detail the specific inaccuracies of his notes, in order to resubmit them and rectify the insurance situation. He wrote three sentences, but in so doing, neither clarified nor corrected ANY of his misleading and erroneous statements. I went to him because I wanted a good doctor and he was, after all, on the cover as one of Seattle Magazine's 2007 "Best" Doctors. What a joke... He's totally incompetent!
