Dr diwan knew i was on benzos since day 1, gave me a medicine that had a class action lawsuit a year before knowingly causing damage and he's a "specialist" and knew nothing about it had a class action lawsuit he knew nothing about, which resulted in irreversible injury causing hardware exposure and $10,000 in tissue grafting, after that it was a ponzi scheme of $125 a month for the injection that barely worked, after surgery he gave me pain medicine a couple times for breakthrough pain, after having a nurse hassle me questioning me how many i had left after i told her hold on I'm looking for the bottle and i miscounted my pill box being rushed now I'm being dismissed from the practice i was prescribed 15 on the 3rd said take 1 as needed every 8 hours on the 3rd today is the 14th and i have 7 left, they're writing on my medical record and discharging me saying i abused it and yelled at that nurse because she rushed me to where i miscounted and being discharged for my anxiety medicine,… this is malpractice, negligence, pain and suffering, emotional distress and purjury. He knew nothing about the class action lawsuit yet he's a "specialist" ruining my reconstruction. He has no heart, and doesn't care it's all about the money to him. I have never once had a warning on my pain contract and he's putting in there i am abusing my medication and they have solid proof which they don't i took a picture of all i have left for court that i saved on my worst days. This is malpractice at its finest!
