Dr. Asha Rani Kumar, MD

Recently went to this Dr for the first time.I have no problems with the front or back office.They were all very polite.The Dr seem friendly at first,but as soon as she read that we were in the office for my son behavioral issues she got upset and started yelling at her staff not to make "those kind of appointments anymore".I was in shock that my sons condition would be such a problem for her.I didn't even know we were done and stayed in the room waiting.While there one of the staff aproached the Dr and told her a patients mother wanted to speak with her.In a very rude tone she told her "I Don't want to speak to her,take a message"The office is very outdated and is falling apart.First and last time for us.

Its amazing how little they care for their patients. When a child is very sick they should take that into consideration so that the issue does not get worst; however, they will not take anyone without an appointment. I believe depending on the each child situation yes at times they might be able to wait if it is just a quick check up, but if one believes there condition is serious they should be checked the same or even second day. I have had to take my child to the emergency room many times for immediate attention and I cant believe how having her own doctor she has to go elsewhere. Anyways my child has been very sick was taken to emergency and then I was told to check back with her doctor for clearance because I am not ble to take her back to school with out an OK and looks like once again I will be going to the emergency room just to get that clearance. We will definitely be looking for another pediatrician one that actually takes her patient's situation into consideration. Honestly… not sure if its up to the doc or her staff, but the lady who answers some Marian, Marie something like that who speaks very broken English's, seems to never care the situation. I had one help me out once her name was Francine even scheduled me the same day other then that I do not recommend this clinic.

very poor experiece! she is not a responsible doctor. The staff and the doctor have very bad manner! Be carefurl when u decide to visit her.

I would recommend Dr. Kumar to any Parent, Dr. Kumar is Excellent Dr. with all children.

DR. KUMAR IS AN EXCELLENT DR SHE TAKES HER TIME REALLY FREINDLY WITH THE KIDS DOES EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO KEEP MY CHILD HAPPY WHEN GETTING HER SHOTS. LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY AS WELL :)

Told me my son had measles when it was a heat rash. My son needed antibiotics they never sent prescription to pharmacy had to file a complaint if u want ur child healthy dont come here

I'VE BEEN GOING WITH HER FOR EIGHT YRS N LUV THE WAY SHE TAKES CARE OF MY KIDS WHEN NEEDED. THE OFFICE STAFF IS GREAT AS WELL VERY HELPFULL N WILLING TO BEND BACKWARDS FOR U THANK U DR KUMAR N STAFF

she does not care about the children that she sees. she has zero bedside manner.

I am very happy to have gone to this padiatrician. She made an accurate diagnosis of the asthma and the treatement really worked. thanks

This office lacks organization and customer service. They claim to have "communicated" certain policies yet they never did. The office is just too busy and unorganized.
