My appointment was 12PM. As I was walking in Dr. Sood was walking out of his facility with another man. I thought it strange since they were headed to the cars. I was sent to the prep room where nurses got me ready for the procedure. I saw Sood when he finally came back to his job 2 hours later. By now, there were 3 patients ahead of me. I waited 3 hours for a 20 min. procedure. Not only did I wait but my ride was sitting in the waiting room all that time. I hadn't eaten in 2 days and was feeling the affects of that. When I asked him why he was so late, he lied to me saying "the patient flow was slowing him down. I saw him leave & come back 2 hrs. later. I do not begrudge Dr. Sood his lunch but why schedule me for noon then leave the building for 2 hrs?? Very RUDE and inconsiderate keeping his patients waiting as he did ! A 3 hr. wait is unacceptable.

Dr. Sood is the most arrogant doctor I have ever encountered. I at first gave him the benefit of the doubt and went back for a second encounter. I left that visit knowing I would never return to this practice. There are many doctors in this area who present with a likable and pleasant demeanor as well as knowledge. Because of his arrogance, i could not trust him to help me make good decisions regarding my health . I recommend going elsewhere.

I was admitted to hospital with GI bleeding in 2005 and this guy got the job done, diagnosed my Ulcerative Colitis and got me on the right drugs to get my health back to normal. I've been seeing him for 5 years and have never felt better.
