Dr. Ashley Elizabeth Alexander, DO

Dr. Alexander is impressive for taking adequate time with each patient, for working with patients to manage care and to deal with emerging conditions in a logical and low-impact way. She is willing to go to bat as an advocate for patients when their health provider questions a treatment or prescription. She is open to patient experiences and, as a DO, is also wise about musculo-skeletal issues. I think highly enough of her to travel to her Rochester office from the Pointes in order to continue the patient-doctor relationship.

Seems nice but hates being a doctor and writes damaging notes on records. No empathy and thinks her patients are dumb if they take any interest in their own health. Got infuriated for no reason and was insulting. I actually hope to never go to the doctor again because of her and most of Beaumont staff. It’s so bad that I am very sure the current medical system must be very bad to the doctors to the point they despise the patients. I was immaculately profiled by doctors and because of remarks continuously abused by any future doctors. When I appropriately reacted to this abuse more nasty remarks just get added or confirmed these notes. Notes on patients records needs to stop. I think a country wide class action lawsuit is about to happen because I am not the only one who feels like this by a long shot, this has happened to so many people it is astounding.

Dr. Alexander is a very knowledgeable and easy to talk to doctor. I only wish I had found her sooner.
