I really appreciate Dr. Ashley Baroff-Rufo. I truly believe she cares about her patients. I feel like she is only focused on me and my concerns when I am being seen by her.

Very rude staff. I got to my apt early. Apt was for 7:45, I tried opening the door at 7:40. Door was locked. I sat in my car and tried to call the office to ask them to let me in. The office line says they're closed and won't connect me to anyone. Website says opens at 8. So I wait til closer to 8 and go in and they tell me I missed my apt. I said I tried to open the door at 7:40 and it was locked how long am I supposed to stand there waiting to get in. She said well it unlocks at 7:45. Sooo you unlock it right when my apt is supposed to start? How am I supposed to know what time you unlock your doors? Don't make appointments for people before your opening hours and then send them away when you don't open your doors in time. Finding a new doctor.
