Dr. Ashley Brissette

Dr. Brissette used to practice at Weill Cornell, where there she provided normative post-op care, out-of-hours coverage, and ER Residents had immediate access to patients' records through MyChart In 2025, she chose to join a Chop Shop practice (Kelly Vision) where she is not providing post-op care, where there is no out-of-hours coverage (and no way to even reach her in an emergency), and where it takes the practice one month to share patients' medical records with other doctors. In short, if you have any post-op care needs, Dr. Brissette and her new practice will not provide them. If everything goes well, great. But if your eyes need post-op care, you will receive none. Meaning you risk your vision by placing your care in Dr.Brissette's hands now. She has traded sound medical practice for profit. She has demonstrated NO concern for my vision and harmed the plan she created for me eight months ago. Now I have lost valuable time, the cataract continues to grow, making surgery more… risky. I have only one working eye. Her actions over the last three months have literally placed my vision at risk. She takes no responsibility for her actions or their effects on her patients. If you care about your vision, DO NOT use this doctor! I have had many surgeries, and have NEVER experienced any surgeon who displays such complete reckless disregard for patient health.

Dr. Brassette, did an excellent job on both cataracts communications and staff support excellent. 3 months later w/retna surgery team backed her up w/emergency surgery same day, finishing @ 11:30 PM.unbelievable!

Dr. Brissette's staff is great. Most of my visit was spent with Dr. Song (D.O.). Dr. Song was thorough and friendly. She explained what she was doing and answered all my questions.
