I love Dr. Brumm and her office. They always go out of their way to make sure I have a great experience.

I have always had a great experience at this office. The nurses are so nice. Dr. Brumm always listens to me. I feel like they all really care.

They won’t listen to what you are trying to tell them. I saw Mueller last year expressing concerns of a prolapse. She said there was nothing wrong. Went to see a urogynecologist and it was indeed a grade 3 prolapse! Went a few months later to get a referral and during that visit I was asked 3 times when my last cycle was and if I could be pregnant. I had a hysterectomy in 2015! Obviously, they don’t look at charts! At my most recent visit they had me give a urine sample and made me stand there while they checked it. Some EXTREMELY RUDE lady sitting behind the desk was talking about it out in the open. I kept trying to ask her questions and she kept cutting me off. Then told me I needed to see the urogynecologist and it’s just an overactive bladder. So many things wrong here!! #1 HIPPA! Why aren't you talking to me in a private room about this? #2 How can you throw a diagnosis of an overactive bladder at me without even having done testing to prove it!? THE WORST PLACE!!!!

Dr. Brumm is hands down the best OB/Gyn there is! She is always very nice, and takes her time to answer all of my questions! Her office has a "10 minute late" window for every appointment, which I LOVED... being a busy, working mom, I hardly ever have to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen!! Her staff is always polite, and informative! Cannot say enough good things about this doctor, and her office staff!

This was my first pregnancy, and I ended up having my baby nearly 3 months early. I told Dr. Brumm and her nurse that I was having excessive swelling and weight gain at the end of my 2nd tri. and high blood pressure of 140/90s or higher. They told me the arm bands don’t always read right and that everyone has a month they gain the most weight and swelling was normal (drink more water, lower salt, prop your feet), when Brumm walked out her nurse looked concerned and told me to keep checking my blood pressure, still they sent me home saying it was normal. Another visit went by with the same issues and I was doing all that they said, but still they said everything was normal. Next time I had seen her I was at the hospital with bp readings over 200s they were surprised I hadn’t seized yet from severe preeclampsia and HELLPS. I had my baby a few days after weighing 1lb 15oz. She was negligent of my concerns and because she was a doctor and I thought she knew best I listened to her. Please… if you have a gut feeling, listen to it. I don’t recommend her, and her front desk lady was not always pleasant to speak with. In the end I thank God I have a healthy almost 1year old baby!

I loved going to my doctor appointments I always saw Dr. Brumm always sees and she would walk you through the pregnancy and any question you could have. I always new what to expect at each appointment and knew when they were taking blood and why. I had gestational diabetes with my pregnancy even though I was only 20 years old. She helped me with my diet and answered all my question, they called me the day after and set up an appointment within a week. I never felt rushed or that I was taking up too much time. Dr. Brumm was very understanding with the fact that it was my first pregnancy and went into details even if I did not ask; which was a big help since I am a shy person. I have already recommended her to my family and friends. I also loved the nurse who took my weight and blood pressure she was very sweet and would always ask how I was feeling. Dr. Brumm and her team made a comfortable environment and established a good relationship with her patients.

I would have to say I love this Doctor by far my best experiences have been in her care! She has kids of her own so she knows what it feels like on both sides of this profession. I can tell it's her passion no just her job. This woman is a wonderful care taker of her patients, I knew I was in good hands the whole time. She is the best my scar healed better than any other I've had. I could go on but I won't.
