Made an appointment but receptionist forgot to mention that there are several locations . When i came i discovered that little detail. Text reminder failed to mention that too. Very disappointed, wasted day off, will never come back

"It's not my job!" was her claim. Really, do you think a customer wants to hear that? Apparently the person last post had the same problem. The business staff needs to be more concern with the needs of Dr. Cavalier's patients and not so stuck up. And just like in the other post she blamed me too for the situation. It appears that the business manager is running off the Dr.'s business with their attitudes. Dr. Cavalier please send your staff to customer training school or replace them all together. Thank you.
