Dr. Ashley W Clarke, DO

My daughter recently moved to the area and attempted to go to this person as a new patient. I won’t even dignify her as a physician. My daughter called the office simply to make sure she was in the right place and that she was on time. This person immediately started with an attitude and was very disrespectful when my daughter was simply asking if she was at the right place. This person then proceeds to cancel the appointment for absolutely no reason whatsoever given to my daughter. She was waiting for this appointment for months and now has to find another primary doctor. When I heard this I was outraged. What a worthless human being. Numerous family members have called the office to find out what happened with her office staff to scared to explain what happened in fear of losing their jobs to this person. I will do everything I can to hurt her business by writing this and as I read her reviews and how similar some of them are, it sounds to me this person needs to see a doctor… herself for mental health issues.

Been seeing Dr Clarke for over two years. One of the nicest, caring doctor I have ever had, She really listens. Cindy in office is great too. Very friendly and helpful

Where do I begin? This “doctor” is never available for office visits. You could be dying and not get in. The front desk women are very very rude.

She is very rude and would not listen to what I had to say. Immediately found a new family doctor good luck to anyone dealing with her when she’s having a bad personal day .

I was her patient for several years. Social Security was changing my insurance and I never received a card or anything. I went to my appointment, everything was good. In the meantime my phone was shut off, my mailman did not deliver my certified letter, so she couldn't get ahold of me. I called two weeks later to get my pills refilled once my phone was turned back on and they told me I was being dropped as a patient. All because the government changed my insurance. I explained this all to them and they didn't care. Now I am without a doctor, one that I loved to see. It makes no sense. I complained at the post office about never getting a registered letter. Very sad situation.

This woman needs medication for her anger issues

Was a patient for years. About once a year or so. Tried to make an appointment and was informed by mail that I had been discharged. Good luck to me, no reason given. Fine by me. Was never impressed with her or the staff but people talk and I plan to make my opinion known good or bad.

I thought she and her staff were top notch until she abandoned me over the phone by saying I was discharged and hung up on me. No offer for 30 day interim treatment and would not fill my prescriptions to which she was treating me for depression, cut off cold turkey. Not something recommended for someone who has been on meds for 2 years for depression. I can't believe this person signed an oath. When I called to resolve a billing issue with my insurance company and after offering to pay out of pocket until resolved, I was refused to be seen or have my prescriptions filled, office staff said "well it's not my name on the door. I will have her call you". When she called it shocked me to hear "what is that I can help you with?" Then continued to scold me for hanging up on her staff which was completely untrue. I tend to be nice to people who are holding my well being in the palm of their hands. Way to abuse your power.

We are so pleased that everything we wanted in a doctor and her staff we found with CLARKE FAMILY MEDICINE. Great skills all around, a wonderful office environment and helpfulness at every turn. 5 Stars all the way!
