Dr. Ashley Molesworth Classen, DO

The Trinity Pain Medicine Associates facility is dark, humid, and dingy. Upon leaving my third visit, I noticed their roof was spilling rainwater into an interior hallway. When I pointed this out to Dr. Classen, a nurse responded that she would grab a bucket. Their staff was consistently rude and treated me like a criminal. On my first visit, the phlebotomist poked me at least 4-5 times, bruising up my entire forearm for routine lab work. Trying to go over my medical history with one particular nurse felt like an interrogation. On top of this, the staff turnover rate is extremely high. Not one time over the span of several months did I see a familiar face during any of my appointments. Their office check-in forms are outdated, difficult to discern, and poorly copied. To make things worse, the automated email system spammed me after each visit with multiple survey requests and redundant appointment notes. After many visits, Dr. Classen ultimately decided to deny me treatment for a… very painful fractured vertebrae and compressed spinal column containing bone fragments. Fellow residents of Fort Worth—Please consider my experience before taking your pain management care to Trinity Pain Medicine Asso.

He has a nurse - collen that over ride him on my script of 5 months - I had a glass of wine - I reported her to tx board of nursing

Positivity abounds in this office.. and Dr. Classen is the icing on top of the cake..I look forward to seeing the intervention in my pain management.. and he took me seriously and provided documentation with his medical opinion in a relaxed way that showed me all aspects.. I already feel I can trust his diagnosis.. thank you to the whole bunch at trinity pain mngt.. feeling hopeful??

Both Dr. Classen and Dr. Bailey are wonderful, caring and truly dedicated to resolving pain issues. I have been going to them for 2 years and can say they have helped my pain issues greatly.. The rest of the staff are caring also.

I felt compelled to write a review on my mother's behalf. I have a feeling that with a patient population that is older, there are not many reviews. I can tell you that I have never met a doctor more caring and devoted. I do not know what I would have done if she didn't have Dr. Classen. He was always there in her time of need and took exceptional care of her. I know for a fact that she wouldn't have had as much time and quality of time if it hadn't been for him. He is truly an amazing doctor - one of a kind!!

I have dealt with pain mgt doctors for several years with my back and headache problems; most just want to give me pain pills and send me on. Dr. Classen spent nearly an hour with me on the first visit and explained their approach, which was to avoid pain medications if possible and use diagnostic injections. By the third week, my headaches were gone and the back pains had been reduced to a minimum. I am currently in physical therapy. I would recommend TPMA to anyone.

We waited over three weeks for a pain pump...in the meantime, tears and pain while we wait. Don't understand the delay. Medicare approved first day...the rest was between the doc and manufacturer. This seems cruel and unusual punishment

I don't know who's writing your reviews but I believe Ashley Classen is female. Not sure because was told this by staff. Never got to actually see Dr Classen. Only her associate who gave me a good old fashioned "physical " I Wwas then told they don't prescribe pain medications as alluded to in their ad. BIG ?
