The patient who gave me a bad review actually left a threatening letter on my car & the police were notified. I didn’t refuse to see him, he refused to pay because he felt Medicare should cover his copay. Doctors are human & have to make a living just like the rest of the world. The other poor review was because my office had just opened & we did not have sufficient staffing. I’ve had hundreds of patients give me excellent feedback on daily basis, but they aren’t the ones who feel the need to publicly criticize someone over the internet.

Refused to see me NO matter my Pain.. because I don't have the $78 Co-pay. I guess Bilking my Medicare isn't enough.

Our son went to see Dr. Coleman at Glenlakes. Not many patients in there at all, and yet, he waited almost TWO HOURS. They collected his co-pay immediately upon arrival. The nurse couldn't even remember his weight from the scale to writing it in the chart. She was 20 pounds over what he weighed. Then Dr. Coleman had a terrible bedside manner, was very rude and not comforting one bit. Dr. Coleman's office was to follow up with a referral, and three days later they had not done anything. We called the dr they were referring our son too and he had not even heard from Dr. Coleman's office. We ended up making our own appt. NOT SO IMPRESSIVE FOR A FIRST VISIT WITH DR. Coleman. We will not go back there.
